AlisaAnn · My story
Nearly four decades
in the field.

I became an entrepreneur in my early twenties.
Over nearly four decades, I’ve created and helped expand dozens of businesses. My experience spans online ventures, small businesses, team building, and helping develop an online brand while supporting its master partner.
One of those businesses was a brick-and-mortar company I built and operated for 28 years. It grew to generate millions in annual revenue, employ dozens of people and develop a deep leadership structure. In 2024, I sold it in a multimillion-dollar exit.
But the accomplishment I’m most interested in isn’t simply how large a business becomes. It’s learning how to build it so my life doesn’t require my constant presence inside it.
I began building systems because I wanted freedom. Over time, I developed the systems and leadership that allowed all of my businesses to operate without me.
Business taught me one kind of freedom.
Life would eventually teach me another.
The unexpected death of my husband dismantled the identity and life I had known for decades.
Rebuilding after that loss forced me to understand identity, embodiment, self-trust and freedom at an entirely different level.
Today, those worlds come together in my work.
Business architecture and human development.
Because I’ve come to believe that some of our biggest business problems are actually founder-development problems disguised as strategy problems.
The work today
Developing the business.
And the human being building it.
Identity, nervous-system regulation, embodiment, self-trust, intuition and sovereignty remain part of this work. They live within a broader philosophy of founder development.
The freedom you create through entrepreneurship grows with your capacity to make decisions, lead people and handle greater responsibility. Recognizing the beliefs that limit you and working through unfamiliar challenges helps you build a business, manage greater income and make room for the life you want.
